- The item must not be part of any non-returnable items (e.g., intimate apparel or final sale items).
- The item should be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: After receiving the RA number, ship the item(s) back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship your replacement item as soon as we receive and approve the returned item.
Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
